Massimo Bandecchi 是欧洲空间技术研究中心(European Space research and Technology Centre, ESTEC)系统与并行工程部主任。ESTEC位于荷兰,作为欧空局(ESA)所属最大的研究中心,在此诞生了ESA的大多数空间项目,被认为是ESA的技术心脏。Massimo Bandecchi作为国际系统工程学会(INCOSE)高级会员,自1989年开始担任ESTEC并行设计(CDF)部门的主任,在空间系统的并行设计领域具有30多年的从业经验,领导和参与了大量ESA空间项目的总体论证工作,在空间项目的并行设计论证、基于知识的空间系统工程(KBE)、基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)和空间系统软件设计、开发与测试方面具有丰富的经验和积累。
Massimo Bandecchi joined ESA (European Space Agency) in 1989, where he is heading the Systems and Concurrent Engineering section in the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management at the Technology & Research Centre (ESTEC) in Noordwijk (The Netherlands).
Massimo has over 30 years of experience as software and system engineer primarily applied to the design, development, test and operations of several space projects.
In 1998 he was one of the co-founders and main lead of the ESA Concurrent Design Facility (CDF), based on Concurrent Engineering (CE) technologies and methodologies and used by the Agency and its partners for the assessment and preliminary design of future space missions.
Massimo is an active member of INCOSE and author of several papers and publications. He is also one of the conveners and organizers of the “Systems and Concurrent Engineering for Space Applications (SECESA)” conference.
